If your child is unwell, please inform us in writing no later than 24 hours before the exam. Your child will be offered an online test at a future date. Should your child become ill, less than 24 hours before the mock test date, we will only consider rescheduling the exam if we are notified in writing no later than 8am on the exam day. A valid doctor’s certificate must be provided for all illnesses. In addition, a £15 rescheduling fee will be charged. Please note that all rescheduled tests will be online only. Should you require an onsite test, please rebook on our website.
Should rescheduling of the mock test be authorised for any other reason, a non-negotiable fee of £30 will be charged.
Please advise us in advance if your child is unable to attend a booked Mock test. This will ensure that those on the waiting list (if one exists) can then be offered the place.
Where notification of any absence is not given in advance, the fee paid will immediately be forfeited. Management reserves the right, however, to allow a transfer to another mock test date only where:
1. A valid and recent doctor’s medical certificate is provided confirming the need for the child to be absent from the event.
Where a customer requests a written refund up to 30 days in advance of the original mock test date booked, this will be given less a 25% administration charge. Where bookings for the mock test date have been closed and the date is no longer advertised as available, a 100% administration fee will be charged.
Unfortunately, refund requests less than 30 days in advance of the original mock test date cannot be granted.
Where you wish to reduce the number of subjects your child sits due to any changes made by the schools, refunds cannot be given. We can however, transfer your booking for those subjects to other mock test papers. Please note that we have 3 sets of papers for most school-specific mock tests.
Changes made within 24 hours of booking are free of charge. All changes made after 24 hours of booking but before 21 days of the mock test date will incur a £10 administration fee to cover the cost of making the necessary changes. The change fee is £15 per change, if made during our peak months of July and August.
We can now only accept changes to bookings (not refunds) made 21 days in advance of any mock test date, provided the event is not fully booked and closed on our website. A change fee will apply along with any difference in fees.
Where the original mock test date is closed for bookings, changes cannot be made to the date under any circumstances. The customer will have to forfeit the full cost of the booking made and book a new date.
To change your mock test date, please email us with your request. If approved, you will be asked to process another booking and when asked to pay select “Change an existing booking.” A member of our team will confirm the change where authorised.
Customers can only apply for refunds once. Multiple refunds for the same order reference number cannot be honoured.
Rather than apply for a refund, customers are advised to consider changing their mock test date, for a much smaller fee.
